ice, and sometimes animals,
depending on the time of year. In the summer months be prepared with water, good tires and coolant in the radiator. Also let someone know which road you are taking. This is a long stretch of highway, with no "rest stops" or "convenience stores" along the way. The directions are simple, get on Highway 87 and head north until you get to the "Welcome to Payson" sign.
